Northern Province Permanent Secretary Commissions Key CDF Projects, Disburses Loans and Grants in Nsama District

  On Friday, 6th June 2025, Northern Province Permanent Secretary Mr. Bernard Mpundu officiated the commissioning of three major Constituency Development Fund (CDF) projects in Nsama District and led the disbursement of 2024 CDF loans and grants to local beneficiaries. The commissioned projects include a newly built mini mortuary at Nsama Rural Health Centre, the Kampinda Police Post, and a 1x3 classroom block at Mupundu Primary School. These developments are part of the government's broader decentralization drive aimed at enhancing service delivery and infrastructure at the community level, in line with the vision of President Hakainde Hichilema.
